ORDER PROCESSING TIME
• All orders are processed within 2–5 business days
• Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
We offer domestic shipping within the United States.
Estimated delivery times once shipped:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
• Express Shipping (if available): 1–2 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume seasons.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION (HIGH-VALUE ORDERS)
• Orders containing wigs or high-value items may require signature confirmation
• This is for fraud prevention and delivery security
• If a signature is required and delivery is missed, the customer is responsible for coordinating redelivery with the carrier
SHIPPING FEES
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout
• Fees are non-refundable
• Promotional free shipping (if offered) applies only to qualifying orders and excludes returns or exchanges
ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order ships:
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email or text
• Tracking information will be provided
• Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect movement
ACCURATE SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for:
• Providing a complete and accurate shipping address
• Ensuring correct apartment numbers, suite numbers, or access instructions

• Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses
• Orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier:
• Responsibility transfers to the carrier
• We are not liable for:
• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Delays caused by the carrier
If your package is marked Delivered but you did not receive it:
• Please contact the carrier directly
• File a claim if applicable
⚠️ No refunds or replacements will be issued for stolen packages
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
1. Take clear photos before opening
2. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
3. Include your order number and photos
Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be honored.
REFUSED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS
If an order is:
• Refused by the customer
• Returned due to incorrect address
• Undeliverable by the carrier
The customer is responsible for:
• Original shipping fees
• Return shipping fees
• Any restocking or reshipment costs (if applicable)

IN-STORE PICKUP (IF APPLICABLE)
• Orders marked for in-store pickup must be collected within 3 business days
• Valid ID and order confirmation required
• Unclaimed orders may be canceled or restocked without refund

Currently, we do not offer international shipping unless explicitly stated.
HOLIDAY & HIGH-VOLUME PERIODS
During peak seasons (holidays, sales, launches):
• Processing times may be extended
• Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control
