At MsDeein Luxury Glam Lounge, we take pride in offering high-quality luxury wigs, beauty products, and hair essentials. Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our products, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy to protect the health and safety of all clients.

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated below

  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, or change of mind

  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full

WIG SALES POLICY

Wigs Are Final Sale

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • All wigs are FINAL SALE

  • No refunds, exchanges, or store credit once a wig leaves the store

  • This includes:

    • Lace wigs

    • Closure or frontal wigs

    • Custom or pre-customized wigs

    • Sale or promotional wigs

Why This Policy Exists

Wigs are considered personal-use items and cannot be resold once handled or worn.

Wig Inspection at Purchase

To ensure satisfaction:

  • All wigs are thoroughly inspected with the client present before checkout

  • Clients are encouraged to:

    • Examine texture, color, length, lace, and density

    • Ask questions before purchase

  • Once the wig is purchased and exits the premises, it is deemed accepted in its current condition

Wig Defects (Rare Cases Only)

We will only review defect claims if:

  • The defect is manufacturer-related

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of purchase

  • The wig is:

    • Completely unworn

    • Unaltered

    • In original condition with tags and packaging intact

⚠️ Installation, cutting lace, bleaching knots, plucking, coloring, or styling voids all eligibility

Approved cases may qualify for:

  • Store credit only

  • Replacement of the same item (subject to availability)

MAKEUP PRODUCTS POLICY

Makeup Is Final Sale

Due to sanitation laws:

  • All makeup products are FINAL SALE

  • No refunds, exchanges, or store credit once sold

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Foundations, concealers, powders

  • Lipsticks, glosses, liners

  • Eyeshadows, lashes, adhesives

  • Brushes, sponges, applicators

⚠️ Opened, tested, or used makeup cannot be returned under any circumstance

HAIR PRODUCTS & BEAUTY SUPPLIES POLICY

Final Sale on Opened Products

  • Opened or used hair products cannot be returned

  • This includes:

    • Shampoos & conditioners

    • Styling products

    • Treatments, oils, sprays

    • Adhesives and removers

Unopened Products

Unopened hair products may be eligible for exchange only if:

  • Returned within 3 days of purchase

  • In original, sealed condition

  • Accompanied by original receipt

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Wigs (all types)

  • Makeup (all types)

  • Opened hair products

  • Custom orders

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or discounted items

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

If an exchange or store credit is approved:

  • Credit must be used within 30 days

  • Credit is non-transferable

  • Credit cannot be redeemed for cash

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is:

  • Incorrect

  • Damaged prior to purchase

You must:

  • Notify us before leaving the store (in-store purchases)

  • Or within 24 hours of receipt (online orders)

Failure to report within this timeframe voids eligibility.

ONLINE ORDERS (IF APPLICABLE)

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return eligibility follows the same rules above

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping (if approved)

  • Refuse any return or exchange that does not meet policy requirements
