MsDeein Luxury Glam offers a luxury environment for talented stylists and makeup artists to grow their clientele, elevate their artistry, and thrive through a performance-based commission system.
I. COMMISSION STYLISTS & MAKEUP ARTISTS (W-2)
Ideal for: New-to-mid-level stylists and makeup artists building their clientele within the salon.
Pay Structure
β’ Base Pay (Hourly): $10.00/hr
β’ Commission: Earned on top of base pay based on bi-weekly/monthly service sales
β’ Tips:
β’ Credit card tips: Paid on paycheck
β’ Cash tips: 100% yours to keep
β’ Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
Commission Tiers (Service Sales) - (Ask about this)
β Retail Product Commission: 5% on all product sales you personally close.
β Upgrades/Extras: Add-on services (e.g. glam refresh, styling, treatments) count toward monthly sales.
πΌ Schedule & Expectations
Part-Time Stylists/Artists
β’ 2β3 days per week (up to 25 hours/week)
β’ Shared station setup during start-up phase
β’ Must be available for at least 2 Saturdays per month
Full-Time Stylists/Artists
β’ 4β5 days per week (30β40 hours/week)
β’ Dedicated station (after 90-day period and consistent performance)
π Rising Star Period (First 90 Days)
Your 90-day training & performance phase includes:
β’ Shadowing and brand training
β’ 1-on-1 performance check-ins
β’ Opportunity for commission increase after 90 days if goals are met
π Performance Reviews
Reviews occur every 3β6 months and may include:
β’ Sales goals achieved
β’ Attendance & professionalism
β’ Client feedback and retention
β’ Branding & social media participation
Commission percentage or base rate may increase for consistent performance.

As a startup, MsDeein Luxury Glam offers limited paid time off initially to maintain financial flexibility.
π‘ Additional paid time off may be added as the salon grows.
π« Optional Front Desk / Content Hours
Stylists can opt to assist with:
β’ Front desk/reception or social media tasks
β’ Paid at $10/hr (non-commission hours)
This helps stylists stay active while building clientele.
πΌ II. CHAIR RENTAL (BOOTH RENTAL OPTION)
Ideal for: Experienced stylists or makeup artists with an existing clientele who prefer independence while being part of a luxury brand.

Every 6 months: Stylists and artists are reviewed for:

β’ Client retention & reviews
β’ Team contribution
β’ Professionalism & attendance
If benchmarks are met:
β’ Commission increases by 5%
β’ Eligible for brand ambassador or training role (extra bonuses, exposure)
