We offer a structured, luxury-focused salon environment for professional beauty artists seeking consistent income, salon-generated clientele, and long-term growth.
All stylists under this model are classified as W-2 employees of MsDeein Luxury Glam.
Our Commission-Based Compensation Plan**
π° Commission Structure (W-2 Employees)
Standard Commission β 45%
Designed for stylists building or stabilizing clientele.
Salon provides:
β’ Fully equipped luxury station and tools
β’ Shampoo bowl access and approved backbar products
β’ Front desk booking, checkout, and client communication
β’ Client refreshments (champagne, water, wine, beverages)
β’ Utilities, Wi-Fi, and common-area cleaning
β’ Ongoing salon marketing and client acquisition
Performance Commission β 50%
Unlocked once gross monthly service revenue reaches $4,000+
(Applies the following month and is reviewed monthly.)
Elite Glam Commission β 55%
Unlocked at $6,500+ gross monthly service revenue
Includes:
β’ Priority booking placement on salon website
β’ Featured stylist promotion across salon platforms
β’ First access to premium clients, events, and collaborations
π§Ύ Wage Compliance Safeguard
Commission stylists are compensated primarily through commission. In the event commission earnings do not meet minimum wage requirements for hours worked in a pay period, the salon will supplement pay as required by law.
3. Retail Sales Commission
Stylists are encouraged to retail curated, essential products only (aligned with MsDeeinβs brand positioning).
β’ 10% commission on retail sold personally
β’ 15% commission once retail sales exceed $1,000/month
β’ Paid weekly with service commissions
Retail applies only to products sold through the salon POS.
Note: Stylists must educate clients on product usage (no aggressive selling).

β’ Weekly commission payouts every Friday
β’ Tips are 100% retained by the stylist and paid immediately
β’ Booking, deposits, and cancellation policies enforced by front desk
β’ Work schedules assigned based on business needs and stylist availability
β’ All services must be:

β’ Properly checked out
β’ Recorded in salon booking/POS system

Clients acquired through salon marketing, website bookings, walk-ins, and events are considered salon-generated clients. Stylists service these clients as part of their role within the MsDeein Luxury Glam brand.

β’ Eligibility to transition into booth rental after 90 days, subject to performance and availability

Client Ownership Policy
β’ Clients booked through:
β’ Salon website
β’ Walk-ins
β’ Promotions or events
β Are considered salon-generated clients
β’ Personal clients brought in by the stylist remain shared clients while the stylist is active at MsDeein Luxury Glam.
If stylist exits:
β’ Salon-generated clients remain with the salon
β’ Personal client list may not be solicited on salon premises post-exit
7. Product & Service Standards
To maintain brand integrity:
β’ Only approved services & pricing may be offered
β’ No unauthorized discounts
β’ No off-menu chemical services without management approval
β’ Clean station policy enforced at all times
Failure to comply may result in commission tier reduction.
8. Attendance & Professional Expectations
β’ Minimum 3 days/week availability for commission stylists
β’ Must arrive 30 minutes before first appointment
β’ No excessive cancellations or no-shows
β’ Luxury-level client experience required
Option 2: BOOTH RENTAL STYLIST
Booth Rental Opportunity
Our Booth Rental Program is designed for established beauty professionals operating their own independent businesses within a luxury salon environment.
Booth renters are independent contractors and are not employees of MsDeein Luxury Glam.
